Building upon the premise that all aspects of architecture are equal and contributory to its whole, Young & Young merges time-honored traditions, cutting-edge innovations and sustainable design principles in the interest of holistic solutions that extol the virtues of human nature and celebrate the spirit of place.
Practice
Young & Young Architects was founded by architects Don Paul Young and Todd Mitchell Young. The father-son partnership, alongside its team of award winning architects, planners and interior designers have maintained an incredible architectural practice for more than seven decades.
Young & Young Architects holds active architectural registration in Michigan, Florida and North Carolina. The firm is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Young & Young Architects has been recognized for excellence in architecture by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) the Masonry Institute of Michigan (MIM) the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and has been the recipient of numerous awards presented at the Detroit Design Awards.
